Kevin Pamphile 64 6-5, 300, Jr. Pamphile had some rough sledding in the middle of the year, when he was plagued by penalties. Hes better, although still not as technically sound as one would like from a left tackle. 2. Justin Kitchens 51 6-4, 294, Jr. Left Guard 1. Peters Drey 67 6-6, 302, Sr. (5) Drey is playing like one of Purdues better offensive lineman, and you couldnt have said that early in the season. Hes healthier, more flexible and more agile, all of which has added to him making improvements the last few games. 2. Cody Davis 59 6-5, 286, Jr. Wide Receiver 1. O.J. Ross 4 5-10, 188, Jr. 51 rec., 425 yards, 2 TDs* Ross and Macarthy have proven to be a pretty good combination on the outside for the Boilermakers and give Purdue hope for its wide receiver corps for next season. Youd think that both will be starters. 2. Dolapo Macarthy 16 6-5, 220, R-Fr. Center 1. Rick Schmeig 76 6-3, 305, Sr. (5) Like Drey, Schmeig will play his last game for the Boilermakers in the bowl vs. Oklahoma State. The two have been major contributors on the line for a number of years, as Purdue will look for quality replacements next season. 2. Robert Kugler 57 6-3, 280, R-Fr. Wide Receiver 1. Antavian Edison 13 5-11, 175, Sr. 57 rec., 625 yards, 8 TDs* 12 rush, 29 yards* Since Patrick Higgins took over as offensive play-caller three games ago, Edison hasnt had a single touch as a rusher out of the backfield. Thats been a good development, considering his limited effectiveness. Hes a good receiver, though, and has shown that this season. 2. Raheem Mostert 8 5-11, 180, So. Quarterback 1. Robert Marve 9 6-1, 212, Sr. (6) 145-of-219 for 1,522 yards, 13 TDs / 3 int.* Marve might hold the key to a Purdue upset of Oklahoma State. If he plays like an All-Star, and hes capable of doing so, then perhaps the Boilers can put up enough points to stay with the Cowboys. But that might be a lot to ask of one player. 2. Rob Henry 15, 6-2, 200, Jr. OR Caleb TerBush 19, 6-5, 225, Sr. (5) Right Guard 1. Robert Kugler 57 6-3, 280, R-Fr. Kuglers been the biggest surprise of the season, with his ability to step in to a starting role and become the lines best and most consistent player. Hell have a spot for years to come, probably as a center. 2. Devin Smith 71 6-7, 320, Jr. Tight End 1. Crosby Wright 82 6-3, 248, Sr. (5) 22 rec., 283 yards* Wright has been the starter much of the second half of the season and played significantly in the last two games of the year, when Holmes was out with a rib injury. Holmes said he expects to be back for OSU. 2. Gabe Holmes 86 6-5, 247, Jr. Running Back 1. Akeem Shavers 24 5-11, 203, Sr. 167 rush, 778 yards, 6 TDs* 14 rec., 316 yards, 1 TD* Shavers has gotten a bulk of the carries the last few games, and thrived, showing he can be a workhorse-like running back. Bolden (hamstring) had improved significantly in the days leading up to the game and expected to play. 2. Ralph Bolden 23 5-9, 200, Sr. (5) Right Tackle 2. Justin Kitchens 51 6-4, 294, Jr. Kitchens has solidified Purdues right tackle spot, which had been largely handled by Foy until the last few games of the season. Kitchens is more athletic, which is a trait the Boilers have coveted in their offensive linemen. 2. Trevor Foy 78 6-7, 300, Jr. Wide Receiver 1. Gary Bush 6 6-0, 185, Jr. 41 rec., 360 yards, 7 TDs* Bush has shown some bigplay ability with his seven touchdowns this season, but hes also become a more reliable receiver, holding onto the ball rather than suffering through drops. Torwudzo played a little late in the season. 2. Charles Torwudzo 17 6-4, 223, So. Purdue Special Teams Kicker Sam McCartney 43 6-4, 215, R-Fr. OR Paul Griggs 37 6-1, 200, Fr. Kick Return Akeem Hunt 11 5-9, 184, So. Punter Cody Webster 42 6-1, 210, Jr. Punt Return Frankie Williams 6 5-9, 186, R-Fr. 2. Raheem Mostert 8 5-11, 180, So.
