Information will be provided on the appropriate types of coverage needed for equine veterinarians to assure broad protection against professional liability claims and board complaints. Actual closed claims will be utilized as examples to illustrate the importance of implementing strong risk management tools into equine practices to lower the incidence of malpractice claims and complaints.
