Cincinnati (Ohio) Princeton 2020 four- star outside linebacker Jaheim Thomas At 6-5, 218 pounds, Thomas looks like a college player already as a high school junior. The No. 11 out- side linebacker and No. 151 overall prospect nationally loved his time in Ann Arbor and really took notice of Don Brown's unit. "What surprised me the most was the defense," he said. "The defense was great, and how they ran their outside linebackers was cool to see. I watched No. 6 [Josh Uche]. Coach [Al] Washington told me to watch him and how he plays because I play like him. "My favorite part was probably just the game in general. After the game I got to talk to the coaches and players and build relationships." Thomas called The Big House a "great atmosphere" and plans to be back for Michigan's game against Penn State, which should be another marquee matchup during the first week of November. Mosley (Va.) Cosby 2020 four-star outside linebacker Ethan West Even though he's from out of re- gion in the state of Virginia, West has been extremely high on Michigan, and it only went up a notch after he visited for the Wisconsin game. "It was awesome," he said. "I didn't tour since I had seen every- thing before. I just hung out with the coaches. The love they showed definitely stood out along with the game-day atmosphere." At 6-3, 217 pounds, West is consid- ered the No. 17 outside linebacker and No. 241 overall prospect nationally, and the junior has 17 offers. Michigan is in a great spot with him, and the visit for the Wisconsin game is a big reason why. West would love to come back for another game, but will be in weekly contact with the U-M staff regardless. ESPN's GameDay crew of Rece Da- vis, Lee Corso, Kirk Herbstreit and of course Desmond Howard; the 7:30 kickoff; the cool, crisp fall weather; the salute to more than 25 former Wolverine offensive linemen who played in the NFL; and Michigan's 25-point shellacking of the Badgers all came together for the perfect cock- tail of recruiting success. Michigan director of recruiting Matt Dudek summed up the situa- tion up perfectly when asked how he was feeling after the game.
