Let's begin today with Hebrews 11:1:
Now let's look at 1 Corinthians
13:13:final authority in your life.
We are looking today at two of those
three living spiritual forces. You've
heard me say before that spiritual forces
are the most powerful forces in
existence: faith—fear, love—hate,
life—death, BLESSING—cursing. These
are far more powerful than intellectual
forces and certainly more than physical
power. The spiritual force of faith
created all matter.
Look at Hebrews 11:1 again, and notice
that hope depends on faith for its
substance. Hope is powerful, but it's
always future. Faith is ALWAYS NOW.
For instance, Titus 2:13 says:
1 NOW FAITH IS THE SUBSTANCE OF
THINGS HOPED FOR, THE EVIDENCE OF
THINGS NOT SEEN.
13 AND NOW ABIDETH FAITH, HOPE,
[LOVE], THESE THREE; BUT THE
GREATEST OF THESE IS [LOVE].
