In his new role, Hensley will be responsible for the development and execution of business and marketing strategies specific to Helm's crop protection portfolio in the U.S. He will also be responsible for providing guidance and expertise for key global marketing initiatives for the organization's parent company, Helm Ag. Previously, Hensley served as commercial unit marketing lead for Syngenta Crop Protection. Prior to that, he held a variety of positions including regional account lead, customer marketing lead and sales representative for Syngenta. Hensley holds a bachelor's degree in agricultural economics and an executive MBA, both from the University of Tennessee. Adam Hensley AMVAC Launches Enhanced Website AMVAC Chemical Corporation announces the launch of its new customer-facing website, www.amvac-chemical.com. The website design includes a robust search function for agricultural and environmental protection products, retailers and field representatives, and marketing and sales campaigns and product promotions. Market pages for agriculture, pest and vector control, turf and application technology provide product information, how to purchase products, news and promotions. Product search functions are specifically tailored to each market, which allows users to find products by region and category or by crop and insect. Product pages also feature access to labels, photos, videos and other instructional materials. IPC Names New Commissioners During the Idaho Potato Commission's (IPC) October meeting, two new commissioners were sworn in and one was re-appointed. Shipper Todd Cornelison of High Country Potatoes in Rexburg and grower Brett Jensen from the Idaho Falls- Hamer area will each serve a three-year term. Dan Nakamura of Idahoan was re-appointed and will serve a second three-year term. Nine commissioners represent Idaho potato growers, shippers and processors.
