Interactivity Interactivity is great for any website. Statistics show that sites with interactivity naturally become widely used and sought after by online surfers. Features such as social media plugins, bulletin board systems, discussion forums and chat rooms generate keyword results in search engines, keep users coming back frequently and often grow online communities that generate site popularity and more in-bound links to your website. Ask yourself what your customer might want. Or, for that matter, ask them personally! Imagine the possibilities and invest time in providing content to benefit customers, website visitors and online value as a whole.
