(Image courtesy Dri Duck) T Twill: a textile weave in which the fill threads pass over one and under two or more warp threads to give an appearance of diagonal lines o Broken Twill: a process in which the diagonal weave of the twill is intentionally reversed at every two warp ends to form a random design. o Brushed Twill: a finishing process in which rotating brushes raise and remove nap on knit or woven fabrics. o Left-Hand Twill (LHT, S-Twist): weaving where the lines of grain run from the top left-hand corner of the fabric toward the bottom right-hand corner. o Right-Hand Twill (RHT, Z-Twist): weaving where the lines of grain run from the top right-hand corner of the fabric toward the bottom left-hand corner. W Warp Thread: the threads on a loom over and under which other threads (the weft) are passed to make fabric. Weft Thread (Fill Thread): the crosswise threads on a loom that are passed over and under the warp threads to make fabric. Woven: fabric composed of two sets of yarns—warp and fill threads—formed by weaving, which is the interlacing of these yarns (see oxford). Wrinkle Free: fabric that has been treated with chemicals allowing it to retain a pressed look after laundering.
