Hardman comes with more than 30 years of experience driving revenue improvements and creating cross-sector partnerships. Based in Singapore, she will lead a team focusing on building strategic marketing campaigns, strengthening revenue channels and driving sales growth across the company's properties. Four Seasons Hotel Seoul has welcomed Alejandro Bernabé as its new general manager. Prior to this, Bernabé was group director of AVANI Hotels and Resorts in Thailand and was later promoted as vice president operations, overseeing the operations and growth of the brand. He was previously also CEO of Kempinski Hotels, having risen through the ranks over his more than 20 years with the company. Carlton Hotel Singapore has appointed Darren Ware (far left), former general manager of Carlton City Hotel Singapore, as its new general manager. Mark Bulmer (left), former general manager of Carlton Hotel Singapore, has been named general manager at Carlton Hotel Bangkok Sukhumvit, where he is now based to lead the pre-opening of the new property. The Carlton Group currently owns two hotels in Singapore, and the new 338-key Carlton Hotel Bangkok Sukhumvit slated for opening come late-2019. Michelle Frymire has been named excutive vice president and chief nancial ocer at Carlson Wagonlit Travel (CWT). She will succeed current CFO Brad Hall, who is promoted to executive vice president, chief administrative & nancial ocer of Carlson Inc., CWT's parent company. Based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, Frymire will report to CWT President and CEO Kurt Ekert, and serve on the CWT executive leadership team. Frymire was previously CFO at a portfolio company of private equity rm Kohlberg & Co. Marriott International has appointed Renato De Oliveira as the general manager of The St. Regis Kuala Lumpur. In his new role, De Oliveira will oversee over 250 associates who will serve 208 guestrooms and suites at the hotel. De Oliveira possesses over 17 years of luxury hospitality experience and has held several key appointments in six Ritz- Carlton properties across three continents.
