This year, I'm still going to walk you through the guide but I also have big news to share. Do you ever wonder how your shop measures up against other shops in the industry? Every year Hotrod & Restoration does an in-depth study of industry shops nationwide. This study is reported in the Industry Stats section, which features data on topics including revenue, employees and social media. I encourage everyone to spend some time with this section as it is the only industry study of its kind. Now that you know what this issue has to offer, I certainly Travis Weeks can't leave out the recent big news. The Hotrod & Restoration magazine, trade show and website, along with PrecisionEngineTech.com, are now owned by National Business Media Inc. (NBM). This is exciting because NBM also produces other business-to-business magazines in the automotive aftermarket, including Restyling and Performance Business.
