In 2017, Wyoming quarterback Josh Allen declared at the Famous Idaho Potato Bowl that he was entering the NFL draft. He was the No. 7 draft pick and is now the starting quarterback for the Buffalo Bills. The game is unpredictable, it's exciting, it's fun, and it represents what college athletics is all about.
