90 MARCH 2019 ically for weight loss, many customers are seeing slimming results, the brothers say. Area doctors have started refer- ring patients to Nutre, and the company has even started partnering with local hospitals to provide meals to medical weight loss patients. The next step for the business is, well, national domina- tion. The goal is to become the number one name in the Boston area, then New England, and then the country. The challenge, the brothers say, will be figuring out how to establish a network of facilities that allow them to keep serving up fresh food without resorting to freezing. And as they grow, they want to keep the personalized, family feel they pride themselves on. "We really know all of our clients," Valentino says. "We want a big company with a small family feel."
