Subadia first joined the resort in 2013 when she assumed the position as director of sales MICE, shortly after an extensive revitalisation of Bali International Convention Centre. Her prior experiences include stints at the World Bank, Tour East and Smailing Tour, as well as Hard Rock and InterContinental Hotels Group. Le Méridien Singapore, Sentosa has named Rachael Harman as its new general manager. Harman was most recently general manager of Le Méridien Kota Kinabalu. Prior to that, she was with The Westin Kuala Lumpur, where she held key management positions including hotel manager and director of sales and marketing. In Australia, previous roles range across other Marriott properties, such as Sheraton on the Park, Sydney, Sheraton Mirage Port Douglas, The Westin Melbourne and The Westin Auckland Lighter Quay. Wyndham Destinations Asia Pacific has appointed Rosmalia Hardman as its director of revenue, sales and marketing for its managed properties in Southeast Asia. Based in Singapore, she will oversee more than 45 hotel, resort and club properties in Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, Indonesia and Thailand. She brings with her more than 30 years of experience from roles such as chief brand and marketing officer at SIS Group of Schools in Indonesia and in sales and marketing with hospitality brands like Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, Melia Hotels, Pan Pacific Hotels and Resorts and Kempinski Hotels. JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong has announced the appointment of Silvio Rosenberger as its new general manager. Rosenberger will be in charge of operational activities and guest services of the hotel, managing a team of 750 associates. He joins the property from JW Marriott Hotel Shanghai at Tomorrow Square, where he has been general manager since 2012, and area general manager for the past two years. Rosenberger's appointment continues a 25-year career with Marriott, which spans several hotels in Shanghai and Shenzhen. Gerd Kotlorz has taken up the helm as general manager of Phuket Marriott Resort and Spa, Nai Yang Beach. He was previously area director of sales and distribution for Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia and Myanmar at Marriott International. Kotlorz first moved to Southeast Asia for the position of director of sales and marketing for InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort. He brings with him experience from senior sales and marketing roles with hospitality brands including Maritim Hotels, TUI Hotels and InterContinental Hotels Group.
