Appoints McBay VP of Sales Valent U.S.A. LLC has appointed Dion McBay as vice president of sales, effective Feb. 25. McBay succeeds Rick Kraus, who has transitioned to a new role as national sales director of integrated farms and land management. In his new role, McBay will be responsible for leading the sales team and directing the sales process for Valent's products and services across North America. He will also serve as Valent's executive lead to the customer channel and support the global initiatives of Valent's parent company, Sumitomo Chemical. Changes at Senninger's Nebraska Warehouse Several changes have recently been made at Senninger Irrigation's Grand Island, Neb., location. Ray Glaser retires in March after more than 28 years as the area manager. Over the years, Glaser has demonstrated a dedication to customer support and service to dealers and growers throughout Nebraska and the surrounding areas. Donna Groenke will take on the role of area manager of the North Central U.S. She brings an extensive sales background coupled with almost nine years with Senninger as both warehouse and customer service manager of the Grand Island location. Senninger also welcomes Michelle Polski as its new warehouse supervisor in Grand Island. Polski brings with her more than six years' experience in the irrigation industry working in dealerships and distributors.
