Rockets Red Glare Capping off a fun filled day of parades, festivals, music and more, the Melaleuca Freedom Celebration has become a hallmark event for visitors and residents throughout East Idaho. Known mostly for the grand pyrotechnic display, the celebration also consists of a family style buffet dinner along the banks of the Snake River and a performance by members of the Idaho Falls Symphony Orchestra.
