Legendary 51st SCORE Baja 500’s New Location, Course Segments and TV network Welcome to the 51st SCORE Baja 500 Preview Issue. We will have a new experience for all racers and fans for this year’s historic race event. For the first time in decades, the race contingency day and the race start/finish area will NOT take place in-front of the Riviera Cultural Center, but now a new location will host these activities, which is the Estero Beach Hotel & Resort. This facility will offer a massive race operations area that provides bleachers for all the fans to view the participating teams that come through the all-day contingency and tech events. This also provides a great visual on the non-stop racer interviews and on the SCORE screen that will once again be showcasing the SCORE live-streaming Contingency and race start and finish line activities. To help you make the most of your time spent during race week in the beautiful Ensenada area, we have worked with the Hotel and Restaurant associations in Ensenada to provide SCORE members a fantastic discount program for all the restaurants and hotels currently on this list for your review. All attending fan base can also use this guide to get the best of what this great city and area can offer. See more details in the NEWS and Race Preview sections of this issue. UTV’s continue to be major growth category for not only the SCORE race classes but as an additional team tool for pre-running and lifestyle activities. This is also the case for the SCORE fan base recreational needs, which include multiple UTV household ownership.
