Butz was a finalist for the Lombardi Award in 1972 and named
first team All-Big Ten. He was also
defensive MVP of the Senior Bowl.
Burton led the Boilers in receiving in 1973 and '74, being named a
first team All-Big Ten selection and to
All-America teams in 1974. He was a
team captain and MVP in 1974.

R Wide receiver O.J. Ross,
who has been indefinitely suspended since shortly after the
bowl game, will not participate in
spring practices, Hazell said.
"We'll figure it out as we go,"
