16 FESTIVAL Issue 49 / 2013 WE ARE FSTVL ESSEX 25th MAY We are FSTVL is the brand new 15,000 capacity dance festival coming up on Saturday 25th May, 2013. Founded by Nikki Gordon, formerly from the team behind the TDK Cross Central, this festival promises to bring together the biggest names in electronic dance music alongside some of the world���s leading club brands and labels in a remarkable setting. Taking place over a sprawling 122 acre former WW1 airfield in Upminster, just 20 minutes from Central London by train, it will play host to over 70 acts across 10 stages and arenas over one magical day from 11am ��� 2.30am. Not only with hosting a world class line-up (Martinez, Sven Vath, Ricardo Villalobos, Mistajam), We Are FSTVL will TIMEWARP It���s nearly that time of the year again. The time when the techno loving faithful descend upon Mannheim, as they finish their pilgrimage to the holy grail of raves; Timewarp. This festival���s lineup reads like a who���s who of the scene, with pretty much every one of the biggest DJs in the world turning up to party at this mammoth event. To scratch the surface and name a few of the artists who will be spinning tunes you have Sven Vath, Richie Hawtin, Luciano, Ricardo Villalobos, Loco Dice, Marco Carola, Jamie Jones and Visionquest. This barely scratches the surface of the acts that will be taking to the decks as the list just goes on and on. The festival is one huge party starting at 10pm and finishing well into the next afternoon so be careful to pace yourself.
