BFG SIGNS AS TITLE SPONSOR OF SCORE BAJA 1000 AND FUTURE RACES BFGoodrich has increased its partnership with SCORE International as the Title Sponsor for the 2019 SCORE Baja 1000. This will also impact the 2020 season as the title sponsor for the 2020 SCORE Baja 500 and SCORE Baja 1000. "BFG's partnership with SCORE International is one that extends several decades as the top tier tire manufacturer in Baja and off-road racing," says SCORE Marketing Manager Jim Ryan. "Their continued partnership with SCORE has been one of the most important and influential in improving the sport as well as the tire technology that has allowed BFGoodrich Tires to win more SCORE Baja races than any other tire company in the history of the sport." To increase the excitement of the now BFGoodrich Tires SCORE Baja 1000 Presented by 4Wheel Parts, BFG has posted a $40,000 Overall SCORE Baja 1000 Contingency payout for the Overall SCORE Baja 1000 race winner on BFGoodrich tires. SCORE MILESTONE AWARD HONORS ROD HALL'S SPIRIT AND VP RACING FUELS SPONSORSHIP SUPPORT! For 34 years, SCORE International has acknowledged racers who have completed every mile of the SCORE World Championship Series, with the SCORE Milestone Award. In 2019 the award will be presented by VP Fuels and will change to the Rod Hall SCORE Milestone Award presented by VP Racing Fuels. "Hall's racing career and attitude, summarizes what the SCORE Milestone Award is all about," says Jim Ryan SCORE Marketing Director. "SCORE continues to humbly honor racers with the Rod Hall SCORE Milestone Awards presented by VP Racing Fuels. SCORE racers are the toughest, most rugged racers on the planet. As the end of the 2019 season approaches, 59 racers are still in the hunt to receive the Rod Hall SCORE Milestone Award. Leading the way in the chase for this prestigious award are 10 racers in the SCORE Trophy Truck division, three in the SCORE TT Legend class, four in unlimited Class 1, 11 in Trophy Truck Spec, four in Class 10, three in Pro UTV FI, three in Pro Moto Unlimited, five in Pro Moto 30, and three in Pro Quad.
