Diesel Ford High-Flow Intake K&N Engineering, Riverside, Calif., offers its High-Flow Intake System for 2011-'13 Ford Super Duty 6.7-liter Power Stroke diesel applications that offers an estimated 12-hp increase at 2,700 rpm. The system replaces the truck's original intake assembly including the air box, air filter and intake tube with an all-new intake design. The new system draws air through a K&N High-Flow Air Filter that increases airflow and never needs to be replaced. A powder-coated heat shield protects the oversized cone-shaped air filter, isolating it from engine heat. Vintage Torque Starter Powermaster Performance, West Chicago, Ill., introduces its new Vintage Torque starter for Ford Flathead engines. The Vintage Torque keeps the appearance of a stock Flathead starter and uses a powerful, lightweight permanent magnet starter motor with low amperage draw. With a 1.5kw motor and 4.4:1 gear ratio, it produces up to 160 foot-pounds of cranking torque for better starting. Ball bearings provide longer, more reliable use, and it is available with a ratchet-type drive for longevity on highcompression engines. Stainless Roadster Tilt Steering Column Flaming River, Berea, Ohio, presents its Stainless Roadster Tilt Steering Column, offering the modern convenience of five-position tilt. Ideal for classic trucks, roadsters, and 1953-'62 Corvette applications, the column features a compact, space-saving design with a nostalgic look and full tilt functionality. It fits snug against the dash and is CNC machined from high-grade 304 stainless steel. It is available in a variety of lengths and finishes including paintable mill, polished and black or custom powder coat. Sound & Moisture Barrier Boom Mat, Avon Lake, Ohio, a division of Design Engineering Inc. (DEI), introduces its Heat Moldable Sound & Moisture Barrier that can be cut to fit door panels, floor pans, firewalls, transmission tunnels, inner fender walls, rear quarter panels, behind back seats or placed on trunk floors. The material is easily moldable and conforms to the shape of any chassis. A thin 1/16-inch profile allows it to fit under the carpet to reduce road noise or in the firewall area to reduce exhaust sounds. It is available in three sizes and can be cut to fit any space. Two-Post Lift Mohawk Lifts, Amsterdam, N.Y., offers its A-7 model, an asymmetric two-post lift with a 7,000-pound lifting capacity. The asymmetric design allows the A-7 lift to fit in narrow 10-foot-wide bays while all vehicle doors are fully opened. Standard features include low 4-inch swing arms for access under the lowest sports cars, and both 3- and 6-inch truck frame adaptors for hard-to-reach vehicle frames.
