Renewal
All facility and startup members registered for
auto-billing had their memberships renewed on or
around January 1st. If your credit card number or
expiration date changed, you may submit your details
by visiting USIndoor.com/membership_form/.
If you are renewing by check, you can submit your
payment by printing and mailing the same form.
