The survey gives us the opportunity to look at trends and hot topics in the some questions, are provided in this report. We hope you find them useful. ABOUT THE SURVEY AND RESPONDENTS The survey was provided to the members of ILTA’s Knowledge Management Peer Group, various local KM groups, and was also sent out through social networking channels by several KM bloggers and tweeters.
