The hotel's location provides easy access to business districts such as Makati and Bonifacio Global City, and the bayside entertainment hubs in Manila. Seda Hotels Seda Hotels continues its 10-billion- peso expansion to add a total of 3,268 rooms across 11 locations around the country, particularly in Metro Manila, by the time it is completed this year. To meet the high demand for rooms at its top-performing Seda BGC property, where the average daily occupancy rate is at 80%, the brand added a second tower with 342 rooms. Seda BGC is in Manila's Bonifacio Global City, the city's newest financial district and home to headquarters of MNCs. This is the flagship property under the Seda brand. The 350-room Seda Manila Bay will be located on Aseana Avenue in ParaƱaque, next to Ayala Malls Manila Bay and close to the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA).
