SCORE Revises 2020 Race Schedule Due To COVID-19 Pandemic SCORE International has announced its revision of its 2020 racing schedule. The three rounds of the 2020 SCORE World Desert Championship will be the SCORE Baja 500 (June 17-21), the SCORE San Felipe 250 (Sept.16-20) and the season-ending SCORE Baja 1000 (Nov. 17-22). “With this lingering world pandemic and following extensive discussions and further analysis with Mexican Federal, State, Municipal authorities along with all of our other significant stakeholders, we have revised our 2020 race schedule, reducing the series to three races,” stated Jose A. Grijalva, SCORE President/Race Director. “Based on the economic impact and in support of our racers, the 2nd SCORE Baja 400 will not take place in 2020, and the SCORE Baja 1000 will move from a point-to-point race to a single loop race.” More race updates and information can be found on the www.score-international.com website. Off-Road Companies Manufacturing PPE’s As the COVID-19 pandemic affects the world, first responders and hospital workers are in short supply of Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) such as face masks, hospital gowns, and face shields. Within the off-road community, X-Impact Racing and Stand 21 are allocating resources to manufacture these PPE’s. X-Impact is also looking to hire experienced sewers to its facility in Indanapolis and are asking for help. Contact X-Impact at info@xtimpactusa.com (317) 852-3067.
