In his new role, Stevenson will be responsible for territory development and Helm crop protection product sales across Colorado, Kansas, Missouri and Nebraska. Stevenson previously worked for Valent USA as a senior sales representative in Kansas and Nebraska. Prior to that, he served as a precision data technology specialist for Landmark Implement. Stevenson has also worked in agronomy sales for CHS, Inc. Jekanowski Appointed World Agricultural Outlook Board Chairman USDA chief economist Robert Johansson today announced the appointment of Mark Jekanowski as the World Agricultural Outlook Board chairman. Jekanowski is currently acting board chairman and will assume his new duties on March 29. Jekanowski will be responsible for leading the development and release of the monthly World Agricultural Supply and Demand Estimates (WASDE) report. He will also serve as program chairman for the USDA's largest annual meeting, the Agricultural Outlook Forum. Jekanowski succeeds Seth Meyer, who departed the USDA in July 2019 after serving as chairman of the World Agricultural Outlook Board for five years. The World Agricultural Outlook Board is the USDA's focal point for economic intelligence and the commodity outlook for U.S. and world agriculture. BioSafe Welcomes Service Technician BioSafe Systems recently welcomed new field service technician Lee Holland to its team. He will be working out of the Yuma, Ariz., area. Holland's experience makes him an excellent addition to BioSafe Systems. He worked at EcoLab for 17 years as a service manager, installing and maintaining their various dispensing systems and cleaning machines. He was then promoted to route manager, where he was responsible for maintaining EcoLab's leased machines and dispenser equipment. At BioSafe Systems, Holland will be connecting with customers by arriving on-site to perform routine maintenance and repairs.
