www.SugarProducer.com 9 News and Updates from the Sugarbeet Industry Anuvia Adds to Team Anuvia Plant Nutrients announces that Jim Byrum is joining the company as director of government affairs. In his new position, Byrum will be responsible for interacting with policy leaders within government and NGOs about Anuvia and the opportunities presented by its innovative fertilizer technology, including SymTRX, Anuvia's sustainable, enhanced-efficiency slow-release plant nutrient developed for the agricultural markets. Byrum has worked in public affairs and agricultural advocacy at the state, regional and national level for more than 30 years. Irrigation Association Awards Scholarships The Irrigation Association recently announced the winners of its 2020 scholarship program. In its fourth year, the program awarded 22 scholarships to students are from colleges and universities around the nation pursuing careers in the irrigation field. In his new position, Renninger will be a senior executive responsible for managing financial actions and planning and analyzing the company's financial status. As Anuvia's CFO, Renninger will use his skills in finance to advance market growth of the company's innovative, bio-based and sustainable products, including SymTRX for agriculture. Renninger brings 15 years of experience in his career leading the financial analysis and planning for multiple global agricultural businesses.
