An efficient and reliable direct- drive, inverter-controlled barrel drive shaft with heavy-duty coupling replaces the traditional chain-and-sprocket drive system, enhancing simplicity and longevity of the barrel washer's drive system. An all-new washer door now brings users even greater control of crop flow, with a unique split-door design that is easily and fully adjustable via electric actuators. The next-generation barrel washer also features a heavy-duty stainless steel barrel drum, which is fitted as standard to all models, and is uniquely perforated for the gentlest handling of crops. A simplified top-shaft design incorporating Cooper split bearings is available as an option to eliminate the need for shaft removal when changing bearings. Other new features include a heavy-duty direct-driven auger, a newly designed floating debris remover, and a centralized greasing point. Manufactured in barrel lengths from 4 to 16 feet, and widths from 24 to 60 inches, Tong barrel washers can be specified as a standalone unit or integrated into a complete washing line. E-TIP Box Tipper Tong Engineering announces the latest addition to its recent series of new product developments: the E-TIP, a new, all- electric box tipper. The next-generation E-TIP box tipper is built upon a patent- pending design featuring an innovatively designed crop- retaining lid for the gentlest handling, alongside an energy- efficient all-electric drive system. The E-TIP box tipper replaces traditional forward pivot-tipping hydraulics with a box-rotating design, powered by Tong's Blue Inverter Technology all-electric direct-drive motors. Optimum safety is also a key feature of the new tipper's design, with the machine requiring much less forklift movement than traditional box tippers. The more continuous loading and unloading process, coupled with fully automatic PLC-controlled tipping, results in a high-throughput box-tipping process, which can be specified to suit a variety of box sizes, depending on requirements. AquaHD • + 972 52 6124514 • www.aquahd.net Natica Hydrodynamic Separator While water supply is continuously diminishing, the demand for clean and safe water is continuously increasing. Thus, better water treatment technologies are currently needed. AquaHD has revolutionized the water industry by introducing Natica. Based on advanced mathematical models, this hydrodynamic separator allows for more e fficient water treatment while utilizing 70 percent less footprint than traditional water treatment solutions. The Natica is an innovative hydrodynamic separator that is a significant leap forward from conventional solid separation processes. It creates centripetal hydrodynamic forces to separate particles under low pressure. In the Natica, water flows through a dedicated circular structure, which creates high centrifugal forces under low pressure. The unique geometry and flow patterns of the liquid inside the Natica allow for the creation of laminar flow and for effective solids separation from the water stream.
