THE JPC REPORT PURDUESPORTS.COM T H E T E A M B E H I N D PRIME FOOTBALL SEASON TICKETS STILL AVAILABLE Join the John Purdue Club now and qualify immediately to purchase the best seats in Ross-Ade Stadium. Although Purdue has seen its first increase in football season ticket sales since 2007, some of the best seats in Ross-Ade Stadium remain may still be available for the highly anticipated 2013 season. Tickets are available in the Prime area for $273 (plus $250 annual seat donation that is tax deductible). Prime area purchasers must be John Purdue Club members, but new members qualify immediately upon joining. Click to join online now. As of last Friday, more than 23,000 public season tickets had been sold – compared with last year's total of 20,880 – and more orders are received daily. The Prime area is made up of seats in sections 104 to 106 and 123 to 126. T H E MAKE A GIFT JPC WEBSITE T E A M S A Legacy Fund has been implemented for 22 percent of the 62,500 seats in Ross-Ade, with the generated revenue going directly to support recent upgrades and future investments in the football program. Fans who purchase tickets in the Prime and Sideline ($273 plus $100 annual seat donation) areas are guaranteed the same price through the 2015 season as long as they renew annually. The Legacy Fund is not a personal seat license, which generally requires a multi-year commitment and permits the buyer to sell his seat to someone else. As new head coach Darrell Hazell makes his way around the community and state, it is evident that fans are enthused about the direction of the program. Furthermore, this season's home schedule is arguably the best in school history. It includes 2012 national champion runner-up and intrastate rival Notre Dame (Sept. 14), Orange Bowl participant Northern Illinois (Sept. 28) and Big Ten Conference powers Nebraska (Oct. 12) and Ohio State (Nov. 2). Season tickets are the only way to guarantee a seat for the Notre Dame, Nebraska and Ohio State games, plus they reflect a savings of up to 56 percent on projected single-game prices and are the best seats in the stadium. The easiest way to order is online – to do so, simply click here For fans who want to order season tickets in-person or via phone, the Athletics Ticket Office in Mackey Arena is open Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Phone: 765-494-3194 or 800-49-SPORT. Seats are available in all areas of Ross-Ade if season-ticket purchasers are interested in upgrading their seats. Simply call the Athletics Ticket Office to do so.
