lead with intent. The Program Services team's main focus is to connect with local hockey leaders and tailor a pathway to assist rinks with engaging with their local community for growth. So be sure to visit usahockey.com/programservices or email ProgramServices@usahockey.org. Once you connect with Program Services, you'll be able to start strategizing and taking inventory of the potential opportunities that exist at your fingertips. On the website is a continuously growing library of instruction videos and opportunities to engage in online workshops. Some of the topics available are "Communicating with your Membership, Marketing for Growth, Creating a Relationship with your Rink, and Communicating with your Membership." These opportunities to learn and engage will continue to grow over the next couple of months. Also readily available is a Return to the Rinks Toolkit. Contained in that toolkit are such resources as social media messages, photos and graphics to help promote your rink's reopening to the community. Also included is artwork for emails, posters and web banner ads. Do you find yourself designing your next program flyer on Word and using a generic hockey player graphic? Program Services can provide you with an array of artwork free for your usage. There is artwork in English and Spanish, focused on being inclusive of different genders and backgrounds.
