Egg is a leading contender in London's underground scene, equipped with a Funktion 1 soundsystem, large outdoor area and balcony terrace this was the perfect spot for their birthday celebrations. Canadian techno/house duo Kenny Glasgow and Jonny White have brought us a new and fresh concept in the past few years with their live dj/vocal performance. Taking over Egg's new extended main room they brought us something special, bringing the vibes with their raw, synthdriven sound the place was buzzing. . We heard another great set from Krankbrother's rising star Max Chapman, who's at the forefront of the UK's underground house scene right now so we are excited, and look forward to see him rise to the decks. Along with a whole host of great guests, this was a great night in Egg's Birthday series and look forward to the next installment. INDIE Editors reveal new album Editors are set to release their brand new album, 'The Weight Of Your Love', on 1st July. With artists such as Soundstream, Midland, XDB, Jared Wilson and of course the Secretsundaze residents Giles Smith and James Priestley, we partied on to the afterparty. Wicked vibes, wicked crowd and wicked music! REGGAE from early on. Lead singer Jake Snider's voice carried through the set without fail, proving that the studio albums do not do the band justice. The Seattle five piece band made a commendable effort to squeeze the best bits of their five album discography into an hour's set. The result? A nonstop rock out session.
