WARRANTY
CVC (Seller) warrants that all of its products are guaranteed against defects in material or workmanship for a
period of one year if the part has been properly installed. SELLER GIVES NO EXPRESS WARRANTY OTHER
THAN THAT ABOVE. SELLER ALSO DISCLAIMS RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF
MERCHANTABILITY AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Any promises or representations which may have been made by Seller or Seller's agent which do not appear
in this writing are of no effect whatsoever. BUYER'S EXCLUSIVE REMEDY UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS
REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT, AT THE SELLER'S OPTION, OF THE DEFECTIVE PART, DELIVERED TO
OUR FACTORY, FREIGHT PRE-PAID. SELLER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL,
INCIDENTAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY.
