ALLISON 275 LOCKUP, AT545 LOCKUP CVC takes pride in rebuilding every Allison stator, taking extreme steps to prevent the race / sprag assembly from spinning out of the stator casting. is is accomplished by disassembling the entire component, re-knurling the stator, machining both components to accept three roll pins and re-pressing the race into the newly knurled stator also utilizing high strength epoxy. CVC also machines both bearing cavities to accept an in-house developed bearing retainer which ends the bearing "walk" associated with these units. By incorporating these critical processes into our units, we ensure product reliability and longevity.
