Visit USIndoor.com/ Score4 to take the survey. 1. Do you feel your facility is in serious danger of having to close permanently because of COVID restrictions? Yes: 31% No: 69% 2. Are you conducting contact tracing at your facility? Yes: 34% No (no tracing program): 34% No (facility mostly closed): 32% Of those conducting contact tracing, one facility reported a transmission through an outdoor event. No other transmissions were reported in this survey. 3. Do you have any comments about your answers or current situation? "We have had limited use of our building since March 13, 2020. For the few groups that have utilized our indoor fields, we take attendance as they arrive so that an outbreak could be traced and notifications made." "We have stringent covid protocols in place, from mask mandates, social distancing to temperature checks. We've been primarily open at a very much abbreviated capacity, and we have not had one confirmed case of covid with our staff or customers." "My state has not been closed down often and the governor has mostly had the viewpoint of each individual needs to make their own decisions on how to operate during this time. I was completely shut down Mid-March through early May. Was severely limited on what I could do Nov. 16 through Dec. 10. The weekends in which we could host tournaments were very popular and better than the previous year. We are around the border of three states. We are an indoor facility, with no air conditioning, so we are already in limited use during the summer/early fall season." "Even though we are in a "Stay At Home" order from our governor, we are still playing with modifications to our adult leagues & game modifications. We have the support from our local law enforcement, code enforcement, and mayor to remain open. So we have taken extra precautions for the health & safety of our customers. Air purifiers, ceiling fans, swamp coolers, face masks, hand sanitizers, and a strict "No Spectators" rule. Our youth program has greatly suffered from not having actual league games. We are running this as a small cohort camp, lesson and skills based."
