WOMEN'S DAY
On March 6, 2020, just days before
the majority of the world entered quarantine, SEI
celebrated International Women's Day (IWD). The
IWD theme was #EachforEqual, which focuses on
building a gender-equal world.
With a social media takeover, we were proud to
showcase how employees from every office stopped
to celebrate SEI women and gender equality globally.
Striking the #EachforEqual pose, our teammates
demonstrated their commitment to making the world a
more equal place for everyone.
Our offices celebrated International Women's Day in
their own ways, including watching TED Talks focused
on women in leadership, writing compliments about male
and female co-workers on boards in shared spaces, and
distributing quotes to employees from inspiring women.
