A final note: no matter where you are in your
personal journey, remember to pay it forward
to others navigating that journey too. Lift
people up when you have the chance. Make
time to connect over (virtual) lunches, sponsor
colleagues for stretch assignments and exciting
opportunities, share knowledge and insights
you have on a given topic and, perhaps most
importantly, invite others to take a seat at the
table (and/or bring more chairs).
As we look ahead to 2021, I am excited for a new
chapter. I look forward to seeing how everything
that we have endured in 2020 hopefully sparks
renewed motivation, power and yes, purpose, in
each one of us.
CHEERS TO
A NEW YEAR!

Start with "why"
Simon Sinek's bestselling book and popular TED Talk, "Start With Why,"
reveals what leaders with the greatest influence have in common: they
all start and focus on their "why." The "why" drives everything they do,
say, think and act, not what they do or how they do it. Using Sinek's
idea, "The Golden Circle," as a framework can help you find and focus
more on your "why" (aka your purpose).
"The Golden Circle" focuses on three key areas:
› Why do you do what you do?
› How do you do what you do?
› What do you do?
