Hazell: "Absolutely not. My approach is not going to be any different here than at Muskingum College. It's all working as hard as you can with the best plan that you have and getting everybody working in the same direction is what allows you to be successful. The pressure that I feel is all self-imposed. It's not exterior. It's the pressure of getting things that people need to be successful."
