10 POTATO GROWER | NOVEMBER 2021 New Products Senninger LDN Wide Spray Bubbler Senninger Irrigation's latest LEPA innovation, the LDN Wide Spray Bubbler, is a cost-effective solution for 30- to 60-inch spacing. With this new bubbler sprinkler, Senninger expands its proven LDN platform to provide the low-pressure, water-saving efficiencies of LEPA application while achieving total coverage. The LDN Wide Spray Bubbler produces a wide, gentle aerated pattern suitable for most crops and soils. In addition, growers can take advantage of changing from a LEPA to a LESA spray pattern with a simple twist and flip of the deflector assembly. The modularity of adding one of the Wide Spray Bubbler deflector assemblies to a grower's existing LDN UP3 bracket saves cost. Components are available as either assemblies or separate components. The LDN Wide Spray Bubbler has different deflector models to choose the spray pattern that best suits individual growers' soil and crop requirements. Available as an option on all folding models (20-, 25-, 30-, 34- and 40-foot), this ISOBUS system revolutionizes the way operators control their Excelerator vertical tillage system. Smart Soil Technology provides electronic adjustment of machine depth, front and rear gang angle, wing down pressure, Star Wheel pressure and front/rear leveling from any compatible ISOBUS display. Although adjustments are made from the display, lifting and lowering the machine for end row turns is still carried out using the tractor SCV for maximum operator comfort. Redundant sensors are fitted to gang angle and depth circuits for backup in case of failure, and a machine equipped with Smart Soil Technology can always be converted back to manual mode, so an electronics failure will not result in a machine down situation. This new 8-ton spreader comes standard with variable-rate capabilities and offers multiple wheel and tire options to meet a wide range of needs. The F810 includes a hydraulic apron drive and Raven 37-pin plug with other harness types available to accommodate different controllers. These features allow the operator to increase or decrease the fertilizer feed rate on the go, and prescription load rates can be utilized. A controlled spinner drive with speed sensor is also standard, allowing the operator to set the desired spinner speed from the cab to match the desired spread width. Other standard features include dual stainless steel spinners, a 40-inch frame clearance and adjustable wheel spacing. Additionally, the obstruction-free interior has a 35-degree slope to maximize material flow and help prevent corrosion from fertilizer accumulation. Visit www.loftness.com to learn more.
