Lunches and Snacks Easy Dinner Rolls Contributed by Sarah S. Ingredients · 1 cup flour · 1 tsp baking powder · 1 tsp salt · 1/2 cup milk · 2 tbsp mayo 1) Preheat oven to 180 degrees. 2) Mix ingredients in the bowl. 3) Spoon into grease muffin pan. 4) cook for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Makes about 5 rolls. Instructions Hummus and veggies 1) Cut up carrots, cucumbers and celery (also good with naan bread or pretzels) 2) Spoon in a container your favourite hummus and done. Ham and Swiss Rolls 1) On a wrap add mayo, mustard, ham slices and swiss cheese. 2) Fold in sides and roll your wrap. Make your own pizza 1) Pack a few mini naan bread or pita minis 2) In a separate small container add pizza or marinara sauce. 3) Cut up your child favourite toppings. Cheese, pepperoni, peppers, mushrooms, onions, place in a separate container and the kids will love making their own pizzas at lunch. School Lunches Contributed by Sarah S. 38
