"There will be "good" days and "bad" days, but at the end of the day make sure that you rest. It is hard work operating while sad. Rest can be early to bed, or leaving a chore undone. Driving yourself hard will distract you, but will leave you depleted. Be gentle with yourself and remember everything hard gets done one day at a time." "Do more for YOU!
