GUESTLIST RECOMMENDS
Damian Marley
Damian Marley, the youngest son of Bob Marley has reggae-vibes flowing
through his bones.
Although Damian Marley is arguably
best known for being the youngest
son of reggae legend Bob Marley,
his own musical career is well worth
the attention to. Damian first started
performing at the age of 13 with a group
he formed called The Shepherds, but it
wasn't long before he began to peruse
a solo career of his own. Working
closely with his brother Stephen and
his fathers record label, Damian's early
releases first turned into commercial
success in 2004 when he released
the Grammy award wining single
'Welcome to Jamrock', a timeless
reggae tune that still sounds great
today. For some of his best music,
check out 2005 album Welcome To
Jamrock or 2010's Distant Relatives
with Nas.
