Breakfast is held in St. Anthony
at 6 a.m. on the Friday before
Memorial Day. Residents and
tourists enjoy a free breakfast to
celebrate the opening day of the
fishing season. The event is free,
but you'll need to get there early!

Mountain Brewers' Beer Fest

This event at Sandy Downs
Rodeo Grounds, normally held in
early June, has been rescheduled
for later in the summer. Cost is
$40 for general admission; $10
for designated drivers. Proceeds
benefit charity.

Teton Dam Marathon

Launching from Smith Park in
Rexburg, this annual 5k, 10k, half-
marathon and marathon offers
quaint towns, farmland and
wide expanses of open spaces.
The event commemorates the
heroism and support in the wake
of the tragedy in June of 1976.

Scenic River Classic

Set at Snake River Landing, this half-marathon takes runners on an
out-and-back tour of the Snake River along long stretches of the
Idaho Falls River Walk and through several local parks.

Great Race for Education

Join the College of Eastern Idaho Foundation at Snake River
Landing for the most amazing race of the year. Join over 20 teams
of four as they use their knowledge and skills to solve clues to
race to the finish.

Independence Day Festivities

Following the annual Idaho Falls Independence Day Parade, a
festival at Snake River Landing features numerous food vendors,
local bands and a plethora of family-friendly activities. The
Melaleuca Freedom Celebration—one of the nation's largest
fireworks shows—will begin at approximately 10 p.m.
