Those words make me want to cry and shout at the same time! Let's come up and
take our place in Ephesians 2:4-7:
4 BUT GOD, WHO IS RICH IN MERCY, FOR HIS GREAT LOVE WHEREWITH HE LOVED US,
5 EVEN WHEN WE WERE DEAD IN SINS, HATH QUICKENED US TOGETHER WITH CHRIST,
(BY GRACE YE ARE SAVED;)
6 AND HATH RAISED US UP TOGETHER, AND MADE US SIT TOGETHER IN HEAVENLY
PLACES IN CHRIST JESUS:
7 THAT IN THE AGES TO COME HE MIGHT SHOW THE EXCEEDING RICHES OF HIS GRACE
IN HIS KINDNESS TOWARD US THROUGH CHRIST JESUS.
Oh, the joy of it all! We are in Him, and He is in us by His Spirit. NOW! Verse 13 says:
13 BUT NOW IN CHRIST JESUS YE WHO SOMETIMES WERE FAR OFF ARE MADE NIGH BY
THE BLOOD OF CHRIST.
Again, pray for our leaders. Don't ever laugh at a struggling man who is in over his
head. Pray The LORD would send laborers across his path with The WORD of his
salvation and strength.
After reading this letter, go back and read starting with 1 Timothy 1. Read all of
Galatians 3 and 4, and then read 1 Peter 2 and 5.
I still pray for you at every meal and all during the day. Remember this: God loves
you, Gloria and I love you, and Jesus is LORD!
