It allows entry to all sessions and the Exhibit Hall. Don’t leave home (your room) without it! There is a CLICK FRIENDLY ZONE in each session room for tweeting, blogging and taking notes on laptops and PDAs. MUTE ANY DEVICE that makes a sound –– including cell phones, PDAs, pagers and watches –– in the session rooms. NO SMOKING at any time in the conference center. Regional Meetings Join your “local” peers on Monday, August 24, at 5:15 . You’ll have a chance to network with your neighbors, discuss plans for events in the years head and percolate on ideas for programs of interest. A door prize is a bonus! Your region is noted on your name tag, and our eight regions are meeting in these locations: 8 ILTA 2010 Program Guide Europe – Bluethorn 5 North Atlantic – Juniper 1 Middle Atlantic – Ironwood 3 South Atlantic – Juniper 4 North Central – Juniper 3 South Central – Starvine 10 North Pacific – Juniper 2 South Pacific – Starvine 1 & 2 Trivia Game There will be a $500 cash prize for the ILTA member attendee winner of the ILTA 2010 trivia game. A trivia game card and rules will be distributed to ILTA member attendees at registration. Answers can be obtained by in-person networking or by researching ILTA’s website. Cards will be collected and verified on Thursday afternoon, and a name will be drawn from qualifying entries at the Thursday evening social event. Attendee Resources ILTA Officers, Committee Members and Staff are identified by colored ribbons on their name badges. Please feel free to ask any of us for help during conference.
