C O M At wide receiver, Rodney Gallagher of Uniontown, Pa., returned for an unof- ficial visit to Penn State for the season finale against Michigan State. Gallagher announced in May that he planned to attend West Virginia, and he seemed firmly committed to the Mountain- eers in the months that followed. But uncertainly surrounding the future of West Virginia head coach Neal Brown has given him a reason to rekindle his relationship with Penn State's staff. Listed at 5-9, 165 pounds, Gallagher holds a four-star rating from On3. He's the seventh-ranked prospect in Penn- sylvania. Edwin Joseph, a four-star prospect from Hollywood, Fla., is also in the mix. The 6-0, 182-pound receiver from Chaminade-Madonna Prep took an of- ficial visit to Penn State back in Sep- tember and came away impressed with receivers coach Taylor Stubblefield. "Me and Coach Stubblefield just clicked that whole weekend," Joseph said at the time. He committed to West Virginia in May and is still a part of the Mountaineers' class, but he may be reconsidering his options given the uncertainty surrounding WVU's future after three losing seasons in the past four years.
