The 19th Annual North American Rink Conference & Expo (NARCE) has come and gone, but the event was one of the best we have ever held. There were over 600 participants in attendance for the nine educational courses and two-day trade show which was the largest to date (96 booths). The energy and enthusiasm of everyone involved this year was amazing! Check out the event recap starting on page 32. As you can imagine, there is a lot of work that goes into a national conference and trade show, and the work to put forth a suc- cessful event cannot be done by our staff alone. I would like to recognize and thank our Board of Directors, volunteers, instruc- tors, partners (USA Hockey, U.S. Figure Skating, ORFA), exhibitors, sponsors, and all our members for their support and efforts in making our final year in Buffalo a memorable experience! We won't be resting on our laurels; we are looking forward to taking the feedback we received from attendees, exhibitors, and sponsors this year to make the 20th Anniversary of NARCE even better. I hope you take the opportunity to join us next May 21-24 in Milwaukee, WI. If you missed NARCE, there are still many professional development and net- working opportunities available through our Regional Training Programs (RTP) located around the country this Summer and Fall. These opportunities are outlined in the 2023 RTP brochure which starts on page 25.
