As you know, I pray for you, my
Partner, at every meal. The LORD
directed me to begin praying this for
you: "That His will be done on earth for
you as it is in heaven." I began praying
The WORD of Jesus last year and into
this election year, for every school
board, mayor, city manager, governor,
the president, vice-president and
state elections. In addition, I have a
Faith claim and petition for 1,000,000
Partners in the USA before the end of
2024!
Now look at Matthew 7:6-11:
4 AS FOR ME, BEHOLD, MY
COVENANT IS WITH THEE, AND THOU
SHALT BE A FATHER OF MANY
NATIONS.
5 NEITHER SHALL THY NAME ANY
MORE BE CALLED ABRAM, BUT THY
NAME SHALL BE ABRAHAM; FOR A
FATHER OF MANY NATIONS HAVE I
MADE THEE.
President Washington's first
inauguration was April 30, 1789, in the
spring—a new beginning. He kneeled
down, kissed his Bible and said, "You
will be our God, and we will be Your
people." The first act of Congress, and
the first president, was to dedicate
this United States that was 13 colonies
at that time. The Liberty Bell had
Leviticus 25:10 inscribed on it:
"Proclaim liberty throughout all the
land unto the inhabitants thereof." In
God's time, that was only about 15
minutes ago! Let's look at 2 Peter 3:8:
"But, beloved, be not ignorant of this
one thing, that one day is with The
LORD as a thousand years, and a
thousand years as one day."
We are still talking about real Bible
prayer, so let's look in The BOOK at
the words of the Master in Matthew
6:7-13:
7 BUT WHEN YE PRAY, USE NOT VAIN
REPETITIONS, AS THE HEATHEN DO:
FOR THEY THINK THAT THEY SHALL
BE HEARD FOR THEIR MUCH
SPEAKING.
8 BE NOT YE THEREFORE LIKE UNTO
THEM: FOR YOUR FATHER KNOWETH
WHAT THINGS YE HAVE NEED OF,
BEFORE YE ASK HIM.
9 AFTER THIS MANNER THEREFORE
PRAY YE: OUR FATHER WHICH ART
6 GIVE NOT THAT WHICH IS HOLY
UNTO THE DOGS, NEITHER CAST YE
YOUR PEARLS BEFORE SWINE, LEST
THEY TRAMPLE THEM UNDER THEIR
FEET, AND TURN AGAIN AND REND
YOU.
