PWHL Minnesota draws record crowd for home-opener

p The PWHL received a proper State of Hockey wel-
come at Xcel Energy Center on Sat., Jan. 6, as 13,316
fans came to see Minnesota's home-opening victory
over Montreal. The game shattered the pro women's
hockey attendance record by nearly 5,000 spectators
(previously set by PWHL Ottawa just four days earlier).
