Create Auto Batch Route 5 Task Let's make another Task Definition that will auto batch Route 5 orders and prompt you for how many orders to batch. Without a task definition, the RF user would need to go to Orders Pick Pick Auto Batch Any By Route 5 Enter Order Count. 1) As we did earlier, browse to "Main Menu Administration System Configuration Tasks Task Definitions" so we can make a new Task Definition. 2) Click the "+" button to add a new definition and call it "AUTO BATCH ROUTE 5" and set the "Type" drop down to "PICK AUTO BATCH". 3) Click the "Save" icon and then click the "Steps" tab. 4) Highlight "Step 8 – Order Type" and click the "EDIT" button at the bottom of the page. Change the "Action Value" from "PROMPT" to "ANY" and then click "Save". This will make the task not prompt us for the type of order to open, defaulting it to "ANY" type of order, limiting the number of options the user must manually choose. 5) Highlight "Step 12 – Filter by Route" and click the "EDIT" button at the bottom of the page and then change the "Action Value" from "Skip" to 5 by typing a 5 into the dropdown list and then click "Save". 6) Next, we need to add the new "Task Definition" to the "Task Definition Profile" that we created earlier. Browse to "Administration System Configuration Tasks Task Definition Profiles".
