more than Amusing The EISF’s ride and game vendor--Butler Amusements—has been recognized with the Circle of Excellence Designation by the Outdoor Amusement Business Association (OABA). As a result, Butler Amusements is one of only two carnivals operating in California who have achieved this distinc- tion. The 40-year old Outdoor Amusement Business Associates organization encour- ages the growth and preservation of the outdoor amusement industry through leadership, legislation, education and mem- bership services. Its Circle of Excellence Award is presented each year as part of OABA’s Foundation for the Future program. Honorees are audited by independent audi- tors in the areas of ride operations, person- nel, game concessions, food service and transportation. Those members whose audit scores are in the top percentile achieve the recognition in the OABA’s Circle of Excellence. Hats off to you, Butler!
