KEITH LIPMAn has been involved in the legal information management for more than 17 years. He has served in numerous capacities including paralegal, lawyer, IT director in a law firm, technology consultant to law firms, and serving as Director, Legal Solutions at Autonomy iManage. Keith spent far too many years at Temple University where he earned a BA, JD and MBA. He is a contributing author of a book, "Corporate Governance Best Practices: Strategies for Public, Private, and Not-for- Profit Organizations." OSTRAnDER has an extensive career in the loss prevention functional area and technology. She has served in senior leadership roles and consulted to several major global law firms. In both capacities, she has engaged in strategic planning, policy creation and implementation, systems design, program design and operational improvements. Ann serves on ILTA's Records Management Peer Group's Steering Committee. She is currently employed by Kirkland & Ellis LLP as their Senior Director of Firmwide Loss Prevention. Previously, she served as the General Manager of archiving tool vendor KVS, Inc., since acquired by Veritas/Symantec, and as Vice President of Sales at e-discovery tools vendor MetaLINCS, Inc. where she established and built the initial customer base. He is the Records and Conflicts Manager with Foster Pepper PLLC in Seattle. He began his career in Washington D.C. (where he attended the University of Maryland). His technical knowledge, understanding of records theory and application, and project management ability lead him to opportunities in Pittsburgh, New York and Seattle. His experience as a records information management leader spans across different corporate environments and business fields, including banks, real estate firms, accounting firms, city governments and law firms. Andrew is a member of AIIM, ALA, ARMA, a board member of the Greater Seattle Chapter of ARMA, and chairs the Seattle LISG (Legal Industry Specific Group).
