We have seen the Manchester boys take over the indie world by storm recently with their hit song 'Chocolate.' The boys play songs from their three EP's, Facedown, Sex and Music for Cars, along with some surprising new tunes. Also hosted at a brilliant venue, the gig will sure to be intimate and a feel good night. DNB HOUSE DUBSTEP Oxjam Takeover @ Brixton Macklemore and Ryan Lewis @ O2 Brixton 19th October Shogun Audio @ The Sidings 9th September Warehouse Fresh off the success of their UK No. 1 hit 'Thrift Shop' and their debut studio album, this US-based hip-hop combo will be back in the country at the O2 Academy in Brixton for, what promises to be, an electrifying performance. Opening for the duo will be the young Chicago native, Chance the Rapper, already hyped as one of the next big rappers to watch out for. You wouldn't want to miss out on this show. REGGAE To celebrate The Oxjam Brixton Takeover, DJ sets will be performed by many famous artists such as Grammy award winner Elly Jackson aka La Roux, vetrean vocalist Maxi Jazz (singer of influential electronica band Faithless), innovative turntablist/producer Patrick Carpenter (best known as PC from DJ Food). Also performing DJ sets are up and coming acts Nadia Ksaiba and MYLON D. It will take place on October 19th. More information will be announced in the coming weeks. 28th September Shogun Audio returns to London in September, where they will be touching down at the renowned underground Sidings warehouse on 28th September 2013. This un-missable night promises to make your ears bleed with bass, as there will be extended sets from all the DJ's on the night. Hold tight, as this is not one to be missed! The Reggae Union @Lambeth Town Hall 20th September The Reggae Union sound system is about to take over Lambeth Town Hall on 20th September, playing the best all round Roots, Rockers and Ruba-Dub. With appearances from Channel One, Vibration Studio and Wassie One, this night is sure to keep you bouncing on your feet to the freshest reggae sounds straight outta Jamaica – brock out! Black Sheep Bar @ Croyden 5th September A new night at the bar which will be held every first Thursday of the month, promising the best in Old School Dubstep, Drum and Bass, Speed Garage, Classic House and Jungle. Doors open at 10 pm with free entry before 11. The night coincides with 'CHEAP SHEEP' offering cheap drinks all night until 4am.
